Profile :
- Bachelor’s degree (3rd year) to Master’s level (1st year) minimum;
- Preferred specialization in business/marketing with an interest in technical and scientific fields;
- Autonomous, strong interpersonal and writing skills;
- Proficiency in English.
- Holder of a driving license
- Good command of IT tools
- Able to work proactively within a small team
Description :
OSE Services is a company specialized in on-site physico-chemical analysis using its deployment tools (on-site chemical analysis equipment).
The company’s services are divided into 3 entities:
- OSE Art dedicated to the analysis of art objects
- OSE Industries dedicated to technical and scientific support for industrial clients
- OSE Consulting dedicated to expertise services, particularly judicial, and training
As part of our international expansion strategy, we aim to develop our presence in the Swiss market, mainly in the industrial sector.
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive intern to support us in this initiative, particularly through the preparation and participation in the EPHJ Trade Fair, a leading event in the fields of watchmaking, jewelry, and microtechnology.
Missions :
- Location : Within the OSE Services entity – 11 Route de la Salle - 74960 ANNECY
- Duration : Minimum 8 weeks
- Objective : Business development in Switzerland for Ose Industrie
As part of this internship, you will be directly involved in the following activities:
Market study :
- Analyze the needs and expectations of Swiss companies in the industrial sector
- Identify business opportunities
- Identify local competitors :
- Identification of competitors and the physico-chemical services offered (on-site scientific intervention teams, analysis laboratories, consulting firms…)
- Annual update of benchmarking.
Prospecting strategy :
- Develop a database of qualified prospects in Switzerland.
- Identify marketing actions to create networking opportunities and visibility ahead of the trade fair. For example: establish a list of Swiss companies that may be interested and send invitations.
- Prepare appropriate prospecting tools
Preparation and participation in the trade fair
- Participate in the implementation of communication tools and marketing actions before, during, and after the trade fair.
- Contribute to the organization of the stand (layout, promotional materials, logistics)
- Actively participate in the trade fair: welcoming visitors, presenting OSE SERVICES, collecting contacts and needs.
- Conduct competitive intelligence during the trade fair
- Promote Ose Services’ presence on social media
Post-trade fair follow-up
- Analyze the outcomes of the trade fair (leads, prospect feedback)
- Ensure follow-up with prospects, add them on social networks
Practical details :
Compensation : monthly allowance based on a 35-hour work week
